The Higher Education Commission has announced fully funded undergraduate scholarships for international students from Central Asian and other friendly countries under the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Programme.
Selected students will be able to pursue BS degrees at participating Pakistani universities. The last date to apply is August 10, 2026.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship covers major study and living expenses, including:
- University tuition fees
- Free accommodation
- Monthly living stipend
- One-time settlement allowance
- Travel and airfare once during the degree programme

Applicants can choose from several academic areas, including:
- Engineering and Technology
- Computer Science and Information Technology
- Allied Health Sciences
- Business and Economics
- Agriculture and Food Security
- Social Sciences and International Relations
- Media, Languages and related disciplines
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed GCE A Levels or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks.
Students applying for engineering programmes must have at least 65% marks.
Successful candidates will also be required to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission after receiving the scholarship award.
