The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has allowed MDCAT 2026 candidates from Azad Jammu and Kashmir who could not register online to submit their applications in hard-copy form.
The special facility is available only to candidates holding an AJK domicile who were unable to complete registration through the PM&DC online portal.
Documents and Fee Required
Candidates must send:
- A completed hard-copy application
- Relevant supporting documents
- A bank draft of Rs. 13,000 in favour of PM&DC Islamabad

Application Deadline
PM&DC has asked eligible candidates to forward their applications by July 23, 2026, during office hours.
Since little time remains, applicants should prepare their documents and bank draft immediately. They should also retain copies of the complete application and proof of delivery.
