The number of Pakistani students travelling to Germany has increased by 14% over the past two years, reflecting growing interest in German universities and career opportunities.

Germany’s Head of Consular Affairs in Islamabad, Kai Rutzberger, shared the figures while praising Pakistani students for their academic ability and ambition.

Pakistani Students Praised for Academic Ability

Rutzberger described Pakistani students studying in Germany as highly intelligent and motivated.

He said many Pakistani students study at leading universities and actively seek strong professional and career opportunities after pursuing higher education.

More Pakistani Students Choosing Germany

According to the German consular official, Germany has witnessed a 14% increase in Pakistani students during the past two years.

The trend highlights increasing interest among students in:

  • German universities
  • Research opportunities
  • International education
  • Professional career prospects

He also noted that many Pakistani students are learning the German language and improving their proficiency.

Students Warned Against Admission Agents

Rutzberger clarified that major German universities do not offer admissions through agents.

Students have been advised to avoid relying on unofficial consultants or individuals who claim they can secure admission on behalf of German universities.

Applicants should instead follow official university admission procedures and independently verify requirements.

Check Official Visa Requirements

Students planning to study in Germany have also been advised to carefully review visa rules and application requirements through the German Embassy’s official guidance.

They should prepare the required documents, fulfil academic requirements, and follow the formal visa process to reduce the risk of delays or fraud.
